Role Description This is a full-time remote Volunteer role at Digital Nexus AI. The volunteer will support the delivery of technology education programs by assisting instructors with course preparation, organizing learning materials, and helping maintain online learning platforms. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating virtual sessions, responding to learner inquiries, collecting feedback, and contributing to community-building activities across digital channels. The role may also involve basic content creation or updates for training materials, tracking participant engagement, and collaborating with the team to improve program operations. Volunteers will work closely with staff and instructors to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience for all participants.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of technology topics such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Web Development, and willingness to learn more.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to support learners and instructors in a remote environment.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a full-time volunteer capacity.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for online education (e.g., video conferencing, learning management systems, shared document tools).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while following established guidelines.
Prior experience in education, tutoring, training support, or community engagement is beneficial but not required.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote collaboration.
