About the Role:
We are contracting an active, experienced State Licensed Real Estate Broker to serve as a Designated Managing Broker. This is a low-friction, contract-based supervisory position focused strictly on contract review, regulatory oversight, and high-level agent guidance. It provides predictable monthly revenue without requiring you to manage a physical branch office, handle administrative overhead, or chase sales quotas.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced State Licensed Real Estate Broker who wants to leverage their active license in a modern, tech-enabled environment. This role is a strong fit if you are:
A semi-retired or retiring broker looking to transition away from 24/7 personal deal hustle and office management, but want your broker license to continue generating steady monthly income.
An experienced contract expert who enjoys using streamlined inside portals to handle contract reviews and jumping on phone calls to offer deal guidance, without dealing with recruiting quotas or physical office overhead.
Seeking total calendar flexibility through structured, part-time shift coverage from anywhere.
What You Will Do:
Act as the Designated Managing Broker of record for corporate regulatory compliance.
Review contracts, listing agreements, Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs), and disclosures through our custom inside portal during assigned shift blocks.
Be available during your assigned shifts upon request or need via chat messages or phone calls to provide real-time deal guidance, contract strategy, and professional support to agents.
Participate in a multi-broker shift model to ensure fast document turnaround while keeping your hours manageable and predictable.
Be open to leading occasional masterminds or recording short, on-demand training videos for the agent portal library as needed.
What You Will NOT Have to Do:
NO recruiting, agent onboarding acquisition, or sales targets.
NO physical office management, lease upkeep, or overhead liabilities.
NO agent commission billing, desk fee chasing, or administrative accounting work.
NO 24/7 on-call availability thanks to structured multi-broker shift coverage.

Qualifications:
Active, unblemished Real Estate Broker License in good standing.
Eligible to serve as the sponsoring or designated broker for a corporate entity.
Extensive experience with state real estate contracts, addenda, disclosures, and board compliance rules.
Strong phone and messaging communication skills with a willingness to guide agents through deal hurdles.
Comfortable navigating web portals, digital document review systems, and chat applications.
