Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their style preferences, body types, and lifestyle needs, and recommend suitable outfits, accessories, and complete looks. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing in-person styling advice, showcasing product options, explaining key features and benefits, and ensuring an engaging, inclusive client experience. The role also involves coordinating fittings, maintaining visual presentation standards, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with the team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals. The Fashion Consultant is expected to stay updated on current fashion trends, brand collections, and seasonal offerings to provide informed and inspiring recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, and brands.
Proven Fashion Consulting experience, with the ability to create personalized looks and styling solutions.
Excellent Communication skills for clear, inclusive client interactions and team collaboration.
Customer Service capabilities focused on building long-term client relationships and delivering positive experiences.
Sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling, to support revenue goals without compromising client trust.
Relevant experience in retail, fashion boutiques, or styling environments is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional, gender-neutral approach to client styling.
