Role Description The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, and employee facilities. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, basic laundry activities, and ensuring supplies such as cleaning materials and toiletries are stocked. The Housekeeping Specialist is also responsible for reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation protocols, and supporting a comfortable environment for staff and visitors. The role requires regular interaction with internal teams and occasional support to visitors, ensuring courteous and professional service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining workplace hygiene.
Candidates should possess laundry-related skills for handling, washing, and managing linens or uniforms as needed.
Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact respectfully with staff and visitors and respond to requests.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, stand for extended periods, and manage cleaning equipment safely.
Prior experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
