Our assistants already bring real corporate experience — our job is to sharpen that into someone who is ready to represent a US business professionally with its customers, executives, or patients.
That polish is almost entirely about communication and professional presence, and building it is your job. We're hiring a Corporate Trainer to take experienced professionals and coach them into their best, most client-ready selves — how they write, how they speak, how they carry themselves on a call, and how they handle a difficult moment with a client. You'll build the training from scratch, run it live, and assess whether someone is genuinely ready for client deployment.
You'll design the roadmap and content — modules, role plays, mock client scenarios, assessments — using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude as part of how you actually build and improve it, not just as a mention on a resume. You'll run live coaching sessions, work one-on-one with people who need extra polish, and assess their client-readiness.
What you need:
2+ years building and delivering corporate, BPO, or process training — soft skills and communication coaching should be a core part of that experience, not a side note
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your content-creation workflow — with a real example to share
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable running live training and one-on-one coaching, not just building decks
Good to have: BPO, customer service, or virtual/executive assistant background; experience training people for US or UK clients.
