Role Description The Marketing Liaison is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining relationships with patients, partners, and community organizations to increase awareness of Veloure Health Services services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating outreach campaigns, supporting marketing initiatives, and communicating key service offerings to prospective and existing clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth in target markets. The Marketing Liaison will also track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and help refine strategies to improve patient and partner experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with patients, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to support growth initiatives and identify new opportunities for Patient Care’s services.
Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to build relationships with local organizations and promote healthcare solutions.
Relevant experience in healthcare, marketing, or client relations is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use standard office and collaboration software.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, inclusive approach to diverse communities.
An associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
