Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients to uphold company standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction
Experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, and improving Customer Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
