Role Description The Relationship Manager role at ICICI Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services. Day-to-day activities include regular customer interactions, account reviews, cross-selling and up-selling relevant solutions, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries, monitoring account performance, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager is also expected to identify new business opportunities, achieve assigned targets, and uphold the bank’s standards of integrity and compliance.

Candidates should possess sales, cross-selling, and business development skills to identify opportunities and achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage with diverse customer segments.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, review account performance, and propose suitable financial solutions.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of banking products, regulatory guidelines, and compliance practices; prior experience in retail or corporate banking is preferred.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for record-keeping, reporting, and daily operations.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.
Ability to work in a high-performance environment, meet targets responsibly, and maintain ethical standards and customer confidentiality.
