🚀 We're Hiring: Brand Strategy Consultant
📍 Gurugram | On-site

About Nynii
Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.
We're looking for a Brand Strategy Consultant who can help shape how Nynii is positioned, perceived, and grown.
🎯 What You'll Do
• Develop brand positioning and growth strategies
• Identify customer, market & competitive insights
• Plan brand and customer acquisition initiatives
• Build online + offline brand presence
• Design campaigns, activations & community initiatives
• Explore partnerships with RWAs, businesses, influencers & communities
• Analyse campaigns, customer behaviour & business performance
• Identify new growth opportunities and markets
• Work closely with the Founder and leadership
• Turn strategy into execution → measurable results
🧠 What We're Looking For
• 1–4 years in Brand, Strategy, Marketing, Growth or Consulting
• Strong strategic & analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of consumer behaviour & brand building
• Creative, curious and data-driven
• Strong ownership and execution mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
🛠 Good to Have
Brand Strategy • Consumer Marketing • Market Research • Growth Strategy • Digital Marketing • Customer Acquisition • Social Media • Excel/Sheets • Canva • AI Tools
Experience in startups, consumer brands, D2C, marketplaces or home services is a plus.
