📅 Weekly Off: Wednesday
🏢 Office Visit: Saturday & Sunday mandatory
📸 Store visits & outdoor shoots as required
What you’ll be doing
🎥 Content Creation
Shoot high-quality product photos and videos
Create engaging Instagram Reels
Shoot kitchen and cooking videos
Create recipe and spice-related content
Visit retail stores to shoot product placement and store content
Create behind-the-scenes and brand story content
✍️ Content & Script Writing
Write scripts for Reels and short-form videos
Develop creative content ideas
Research trending Instagram content
Create content around spices, food, cooking and Indian kitchens
Plan weekly/monthly content
🎬 Video & Photo Editing
Edit Reels, product videos and photos
Add captions, music, transitions and hooks
Create engaging short-form videos
Basic graphic design skills are a plus
📱 Instagram Management
Manage Eirthum’s Instagram page
Plan and publish Reels, Stories and Posts
Write captions and hashtags
Track basic Instagram analytics
Identify trends and experiment with new content formats
Work towards increasing reach, engagement and followers
Who we’re looking for
Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content
Can shoot + edit independently
Understands Instagram and Reels
Has good creativity and storytelling skills
Comfortable visiting stores and shooting content
Can write simple and engaging scripts
Has a good eye for photography and video
Is proactive and takes ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience: 0–2 years
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
