About the Role
IILIKA GROUPS is looking for a skilled GoLang Developer with hands-on experience in Identity Resolution and Identity Graphs within the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem. In this role, you will design and develop scalable identity-resolution services that process large volumes of user and audience data.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and scale high-performance backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Go.
* Build and optimize identity graphs and identity stitching pipelines to unify fragmented user data.
* Implement matching algorithms, including deterministic and fuzzy matching, as well as PII matching workflows.
* Handle large-scale audience data processing for segmentation, activation, and targeting.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate ecosystem standards and platforms (such as TTD UID2, Pubmatic, LiveRamp, Lotame, AWS Entity Resolution, and Snowflake/Databricks identity resolution pipelines).
Must-Have Requirements
* Primary Language: Strong, hands-on backend development experience using Go.
* Core Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience building Identity Resolution / Identity Graphs in the AdTech / MarTech domain.
* Technical Concepts: Proven knowledge of identity stitching, deterministic matching, fuzzy matching, PII matching, and audience segmentation.
* Systems Experience: Experience building high-scale distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
Strong Advantages
* Hands-on familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Clean Rooms, audience activation workflows, and digital advertising platforms.
* Experience working with industry solutions and frameworks such as TTD UID2, Pubmatic, LiveRamp, Lotame, AWS Entity Resolution, or Snowflake / Databricks identity resolution pipelines.
Work Arrangement
* Mode: Fully remote work.
* Travel Note: This is a contract opening, but candidates must be willing to visit the Bangalore location for key client meetings when required.
