Position Overview
The Senior Vice President of Finance will lead financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and capital strategy. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this executive will support business decision-making, enhance financial performance, and establish scalable financial control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Develop financial strategies that support company growth and long-term profitability.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, treasury operations, and internal controls.
Evaluate investment projects, partnerships, and strategic business opportunities.
Manage financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Report financial performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in finance, including senior management roles.
Extensive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
Experience in fintech, venture capital, digital assets, or high-growth enterprises preferred.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of US financial reporting standards and corporate governance requirements.
