Chief Training Officer

Role Description The Chief Training Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and overseeing training strategies that support Malik's Fashion Jewelry’s growth and customer-focused culture. This role designs and implements training programs for sales teams, new business partners, and internal staff to ensure consistent product knowledge, high service standards, and effective use of tools and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating learning materials, coordinating virtual training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness through data and feedback. The Chief Training Officer will collaborate closely with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives and will mentor team members to encourage continuous learning and performance improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training experience, including designing and delivering structured learning programs.
Candidates should possess Employee Training skills, with a track record of onboarding, coaching, and supporting diverse teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and refine programs based on measurable outcomes.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting information clearly, facilitating virtual sessions, and collaborating across teams.
Experience with remote training platforms, e-learning tools, and digital content creation is beneficial.
Background in retail, fashion, beauty, or direct sales environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple training projects, and adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
