Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Specialist will design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to support business objectives and product development. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, experimenting with algorithms, building and validating predictive models, and optimizing existing AI systems for performance and accuracy. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, document methodologies, and present findings to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of AI solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and deriving actionable insights.
Hands-on experience in Data Science, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
Practical expertise in Machine Learning, such as model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Solid Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, SQL, and cloud platforms) is beneficial.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document technical work effectively.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with real-world AI projects, model deployment, or MLOps practices is an advantage.
