Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating equipment, and ventilation components in residential and commercial settings. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. The role involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, coordinating with team members, and explaining system status and recommendations to customers. The specialist will also support minor plumbing-related tasks connected to HVAC systems and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to identify problems early and support long-term system performance.
Basic plumbing knowledge to handle HVAC-related plumbing connections and components safely and effectively.
Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients, explain work performed, and respond professionally to concerns.
Understanding of safety standards, local regulations, and best practices for working with HVAC equipment and tools.
Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or related field is preferred.
