Role Description The Vice President Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of ARKRAY USA LAB. This role oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintains strong internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring key financial metrics, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning. The Vice President Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership and departmental teams to optimize resource allocation, manage financial risk, and support growth initiatives. This position also involves mentoring and developing finance team members, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
Qualifications
Strong finance and financial planning skills, with the ability to design, implement, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies.
Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, including the preparation, analysis, and communication of results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, evaluate risks, and recommend actionable business solutions.
Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with financial systems and ERP tools, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis software.
Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, collaborate across functions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record in developing high-performing finance teams, establishing efficient processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
