About the Position
NEXA Mortgage, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our Florida team as part-time Marketing Representatives, internally known as Business Development Marketers (BDMs).
This position is focused on marketing, networking, community outreach, social media, and developing relationships with consumers and local professionals.
Mortgage experience is not required. Training is provided.
We're interested in individuals with experience or interest in marketing, social media, real estate, sales, networking, community outreach, content creation, or business development.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with local professionals and community organizations.
- Help increase awareness of NEXA Mortgage and its lending services.
- Conduct marketing outreach through social media, email, phone, networking, and community activities.
- Create and share digital and social media content.
- Participate in networking, real estate, educational, and community events.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients and professional contacts.
- Track marketing activities and contacts using CRM tools.
- Work with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to coordinate marketing opportunities.
- Complete required company marketing and compliance training.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for outgoing, self-motivated people who enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
Previous experience in marketing, social media, sales, real estate, customer service, networking, or business development is helpful but not required.
You should be comfortable working independently, communicating by phone and email, using social media, and learning new technology.
Compensation & Growth
This is a part-time W-2 position with performance-based compensation.
New team members begin at 25 basis points (0.25%) on eligible closed-loan volume, subject to NEXA program requirements, payroll procedures, company policies, and applicable law.
For example, 25 basis points on an eligible $400,000 closed loan equals $1,000 in gross compensation, before applicable payroll withholding and subject to program requirements.
As you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance, additional compensation structures may become available under the NEXA BDM program.
Training & Support
Mortgage experience is not required.
NEXA provides onboarding, marketing and compliance training, systems training, and ongoing support. You'll work alongside a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator who handles activities requiring mortgage licensing.
This is a marketing position, not a Mortgage Loan Originator position. BDMs do not take mortgage applications, qualify borrowers, quote or negotiate mortgage rates or terms, or recommend specific mortgage products.
