Vice President Business Operations

Role Description The Vice President Business Operations at BYB - Boost Your Biz is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business operations across the organization. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery, while ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting operational priorities, monitoring performance metrics, guiding program and project execution, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Vice President Business Operations will also develop and refine processes, manage budgets and forecasts, support data-driven decision-making, and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to design, implement, and refine processes across functions.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, create dashboards, and support strategic decision-making.
Program Management experience to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track outcomes.
Finance skills to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, and to align operational plans with financial goals.
Proven experience in a senior operations or strategy leadership role, ideally in a growth-focused or consulting environment.
Ability to lead distributed teams, build strong relationships in a remote setting, and communicate clearly with executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in change management, process improvement, and operational scaling in fast-paced organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
