Role Description The Promotional Coach is a full-time, on-site role based at Baithak Restaurant in Rawalpindi. This role involves designing and executing promotional activities to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and footfall. The Promotional Coach will guide and train staff on effective customer interaction, upselling techniques, and consistent messaging around promotions. Day-to-day tasks include planning campaigns, coordinating with management on marketing initiatives, tracking the performance of promotions, and gathering customer feedback. The role also requires close collaboration with the operations team to ensure that promotional offers are accurately communicated and smoothly implemented.
Qualifications
Experience in restaurant marketing, promotions, or hospitality management, with the ability to plan and implement promotional activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to coach and train team members in customer engagement and upselling.
Basic knowledge of branding and customer experience principles, including understanding target audiences and tailoring messages accordingly.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
Ability to work on-site full time in Rawalpindi and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is preferred; a diploma or degree in marketing, business, or hospitality is an advantage.
Comfort with using simple digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, messaging apps, spreadsheets) for coordinating and tracking promotional efforts.
