Business Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Analyst at MASA Group (PH). The Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders across the group’s business units. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and evaluating business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting the implementation of business solutions. The role involves translating data and stakeholder input into clear, actionable recommendations, collaborating with teams across marketing, hospitality, consulting, and distribution. The Business Analyst will also help monitor the performance of implemented changes and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding and documenting Business Requirements and Business Processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders and presenting findings.
Candidates should have proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and basic project coordination skills.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setup.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field, and prior experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, are beneficial.
Familiarity with industries such as marketing, hospitality, consulting, or distribution, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
