Role Description :
The Business Development Intern role at RedditBros is a remote internship focused on supporting client growth and outreach initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research on Reddit communities and potential client segments, and organizing data on prospects and campaigns. The intern will help prepare outreach messages, participate in drafting client communications, and support customer service efforts by tracking inquiries and feedback. This role also involves collaborating with the team to identify new business opportunities, contributing to presentations, and updating CRM or tracking tools to ensure accurate records of business development activities.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from market research and online communities.
Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to write concise messages and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Interest or experience in lead generation and outreach, including identifying and qualifying potential clients.
Market research capabilities, especially in understanding online platforms, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and self-organization.
Familiarity with Reddit, social media marketing, or digital marketing concepts is highly beneficial.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
