Role Description We're hiring a Head of Operations to build and own the systems that make this company run. This person will define how we run meetings, how projects get staffed, how clients get onboarded, and how information flows internally — while also owning contracts, backend financial systems, and key HR policies. This is a senior operational role for someone who thinks like a project manager, understands the basics of finance and contracts, and wants to build the infrastructure of a fast-growing company from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Process & Project Management
Define and own our meeting cadence and structure — what meetings we run, who's in them, and why.
Build our process for starting and managing Slack channels so internal communication scales cleanly as we grow.
Own the pre-production meeting process to ensure every shoot starts aligned and organized.
Determine staffing across projects — who's on what, and ensuring the right people are matched to the right work.
Build repeatable systems and documentation so processes don't live in any one person's head.
Client & Business Process
Own the client onboarding process — how we scope engagements, set expectations, and hand off into delivery.
Build and maintain the system for tracking a client relationship from inquiry through SOW, contract execution, and job code declaration.
People & HR Policy
Determine and document HR policies
Ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently across the team.
Determine employee/ contractor onboarding strategy and policies
Partner with leadership on staffing decisions to keep the team resourced appropriately as we grow.
