Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Associate Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, initial outreach, resume review, interview coordination, and candidate communication. This role will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to help maintain an efficient and professional recruitment process.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks and candidate interactions. Previous recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and applications based on established position requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach through email, phone, and digital communication platforms.
Perform basic candidate screening and collect relevant information.
Communicate position details, recruitment steps, and interview information to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates.
Assist with preparing and posting position advertisements.
Maintain an organized pipeline of active and prospective candidates.
Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and other recruiting activities.
Assist with candidate onboarding and required documentation.
Respond professionally to candidate questions and requests.
Help maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Prepare basic recruiting reports and activity summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, or administration is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable communicating with candidates through multiple channels.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities.
Comfortable using computers and standard office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.
Professional, friendly, and candidate-focused approach.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
Basic understanding of recruiting and talent-acquisition processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with scheduling and virtual interview platforms.
Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
