Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in the Greater Bhopal Area. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, managing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The role will also involve handling employee relations, supporting conflict resolution, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will regularly review and improve HR processes to support organizational growth and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.
Ability to design and implement HR processes related to employee engagement, training, and organizational development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HR information systems, documentation, and use of basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, HR software).
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role is highly beneficial.
