Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior process associate - Insurance Operations Excellence to join our team for a USA Insurance process.
Job Location : Ahmedabad
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 4-5 years
• Process: USA Insurance (experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Shift Timing: Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Prior experience working in a BPO sector will be an added advantage
• Strong English communication and writing skills are essential
