About Organic Sense
Organic Sense is a Mumbai-based creator-ops and influencer marketing agency. We run end-to-end creator campaigns for brands including Inde Wild, Marico (Parachute), Dabur, Godrej, Reckitt, Pluckk, Lenskart, Ace Blend and Bewakoof.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities
Own influencer campaigns end to end - brief, timeline, deliverables and go-live, across multiple brands at once
Build creator shortlists from our database and match them to campaign briefs and budgets
Coordinate between brand teams and creators on scripts, approvals and revisions so deliverables ship on time
Track live campaigns and flag delays, reshoots or missing deliverables before they become problems
Pull post-campaign reporting - reach, engagement, content quality - and write up the wrap deck for the client
Keep trackers, budgets and payout sheets current
Who can apply
Available for a full-time work-from-home internship, starting immediately
Strong written communication and follow-through - most of this role is chasing detail across many moving parts
Comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel
Genuinely plugged into Instagram and YouTube creator culture
Prior internship in influencer marketing, agency ops or brand marketing is a plus, not a requirement
Skills required
Campaign management, MS Excel/Google Sheets, English proficiency (written and spoken), social media marketing, project management(if)
