In five months, fully bootstrapped, we've built a pipeline of 15,000+ credentialed professionals across 120 countries, vetted 8,700+ of them, shipped 2,000+ deliverables, and signed five enterprise engagements, including one of the top-4 human-data vendors in the market. Every one of those came inbound or founder-led. We have never had a dedicated salesperson. That's the role.
About the role
This is a commission-only, contract sales position. There is no base salary. You earn a percentage of every engagement you close, and the full commission structure is shared in our first conversation. You'll be the first dedicated seller at a company where the product works, the delivery org exists, and the demand side is wide open.
What you'll do
Open conversations with data, research, and evaluation leads at AI labs and applied-AI companies
Qualify inbound interest and run your own outbound
Scope engagements alongside the founders and carry them to signature
Bring back what buyers are asking for so it shapes what we build

Who you are
You've sold into technical buyers: AI, data, developer tools, or B2B SaaS
You can explain what expert data is and why crowd data caps model quality in specialized domains
You're comfortable being early and prefer upside to a base
Clear, direct written communication — most of this job happens over email and DMs
