Role Description The Vice-President for Growth is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing Terumo’s growth strategy across markets, products, and services. This position oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to expand market share and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining growth objectives, analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with regional leaders, product management, finance, and operations to align strategies, optimize resource allocation, and monitor performance against key metrics. The Vice-President for Growth will also mentor leaders, refine go-to-market plans, and ensure that growth initiatives support Terumo’s mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving sustained revenue growth.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization.
Experience in Team Leadership, with the ability to build, coach, and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams.
Strong Marketing knowledge, including go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation.
Extensive experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector, or other highly regulated industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
