Role Description The Sr. Manager – Brand & Communications role is a full-time, on-site position based in Durgapur. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the Toolsvilla brand narrative, developing integrated marketing and communication strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing brand campaigns, managing public relations activities, overseeing content and communication for digital and offline touchpoints, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives. The Sr. Manager will monitor brand performance, conduct competitive and market analysis, and refine communication plans based on data and stakeholder feedback. This role also involves mentoring team members, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and safeguarding brand reputation in external and internal communications.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Brand Management and Integrated Marketing skills to build, position, and scale the Toolsvilla brand across diverse markets.
Candidates should possess advanced Communication and Strategic Communications skills to craft clear, compelling narratives for multiple audiences and channels.
Candidates should possess solid Public Relations and media engagement skills to manage press outreach, industry visibility, and reputation management.
Candidates should possess experience in content development, digital marketing, and campaign analytics to support data-informed brand and communication decisions.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in senior brand or communications roles.
Additional beneficial skills include stakeholder management, team leadership, familiarity with B2B or eCommerce environments, and the ability to work in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial setting.
