Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Mahbubnagar. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, and buildings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with contractors and site supervisors, and monitoring project progress and quality standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, performing basic calculations and quantity estimates, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and local codes. The Civil Engineer will also assist in project scheduling, cost control, and documentation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address technical issues and improve project outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to practical construction projects.
Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, contributing to project planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
Skills in Planning and project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage design, including compliance with relevant standards and local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and basic structural or infrastructure analysis tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication skills for working with site teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Willingness to work on-site in Mahbubnagar and perform regular field inspections and supervision.
