Senior React Engineer_6+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Engineer with strong experience in React.js, React plugins, reusable components, and modern front-end development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance UI solutions and translating business requirements into robust technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and front-end applications.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications across browsers and web-capable devices.
Ensure the technical feasibility and effective implementation of UI/UX designs.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement state management using Redux, Flux, or similar React workflows.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
Identify and resolve performance, usability, and compatibility issues.
Follow modern front-end development standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Stay current with emerging React, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
Strong expertise in React.js and its core concepts.
Proven experience developing React plugins and reusable UI components.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state-management frameworks.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end/API integration.
Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms, including JWT (JSON Web Token).
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
