Role Description This part-time remote role as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Laboratório de Manufatura Avançada focuses on improving the visibility and performance of the organization’s digital presence. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform regular SEO audits, and optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and content structure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring web analytics, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and implementing link building strategies aligned with ethical and industry best practices. The role also involves collaborating with content creators and technical teams to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented effectively and tracking results to refine strategies over time.
Qualifications
Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research to identify relevant, high-value search terms.
Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits to diagnose technical and content-related issues.
Skill in ethical and strategic Link Building to improve authority and ranking.
Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure and interpret performance.
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO best practices, including structured data, meta tags, and content optimization.
Familiarity with major search engine guidelines and algorithm updates.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Clear written communication skills in en_US and the ability to document findings and recommendations.
