Role Description The 3D Artist will create high-quality 3D assets that support HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s brand storytelling, including visualizations of hairstyles, salon interiors, products, and promotional materials. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves working closely with the creative and marketing team to develop 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and animations that can be used across digital campaigns, social media, and in-salon displays. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing 3D scenes, optimizing assets for various platforms, collaborating on mood boards and visual concepts, and ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. The 3D Artist will also contribute to refining the visual identity of the salon by experimenting with new styles, tools, and techniques that reflect the brand’s innovative spirit.
Qualifications
Proficiency in 3D Modeling and Rigging for characters, products, and environments.
Strong skills in Texturing and Lighting to create realistic, stylized, or cinematic visuals as needed.
Hands-on experience with Blender or similar 3D software for end-to-end asset creation.
Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling 3D visuals, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Familiarity with rendering workflows, optimization for web and social media, and basic animation principles.
Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, 3D Art, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work, preferably including character or hairstyle visualization, product renders, or interior design concepts.
Effective communication skills, ability to take feedback constructively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
Willingness to learn, experiment with new tools and techniques, and adapt to the evolving creative direction of the brand.
