About the Role
We are looking for an HR and Admin Intern who can support our day-to-day people operations, recruitment, documentation, and administrative activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related data coordination.
Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Assist with vendor coordination, documentation, bills, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain records related to company assets and employee allocations.
Support travel, meetings, office requirements, and other operational coordination wherever required.
Follow up with employees and internal teams on pending HR and administrative requirements.
Support the team with other HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Graduate, final-year student, or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is an added advantage.
