About the Role
Clearprise is hiring two Junior AI Full-Stack & Data Engineers to work full-time with an international AI and software company.
You will contribute to the development of an AI-governance SaaS platform and intelligent document-processing solutions that transform scanned PDFs and multi-source operational data into structured, usable information.
This is a hands-on role combining frontend development, backend engineering, AI integration, ETL pipelines, document processing, databases, and APIs.
We are specifically looking for talented fresh graduates or junior developers with up to two years of experience. You do not need to know everything, but you must have strong technical fundamentals, relevant projects, international client or team experience, and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack SaaS Development
Build and maintain frontend features for an AI-governance SaaS platform
Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar technologies
Build backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or comparable frameworks
Connect frontend applications with backend services, databases, and AI functionality
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues
AI and Document Processing
Support intelligent document-processing workflows
Extract data from scanned PDFs and other unstructured documents
Integrate OCR, AI models, LLM APIs, or document-extraction services
Validate, clean, and structure extracted information
Improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-assisted data-processing workflows
Connect AI outputs with SaaS features and downstream systems
Data Engineering and ETL
Build and maintain ETL and data-transformation pipelines
Collect data from APIs, documents, databases, and other operational sources
Clean, normalize, map, and transform data into structured formats
Create structured data feeds for AI and predictive systems
Work with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Supabase
Troubleshoot data-quality, integration, and pipeline issues
Collaboration and Delivery
Work directly with an international founder and technical team
Participate in planning, development, testing, and documentation
Provide clear updates on progress, blockers, and technical risks
Take ownership of assigned features and tasks
Learn new tools and technologies quickly
Deliver reliable work with minimal supervision
Mandatory Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to two years of professional software-development experience
Currently based in Pakistan
Hands-on experience building at least one complete full-stack application
Frontend experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Backend experience with Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or a similar framework
Understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and application architecture
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Supabase
Exposure to ETL pipelines, data transformation, OCR, document processing, or AI integrations
Experience using Git and version-control workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Professional English communication
Previous experience working directly with an international client, employer, or technical team
Ability to work from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday
Ability to start next week
Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
Strongly Preferred
Recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
Experience with React and Next.js
Experience with Python and FastAPI
Experience with Node.js
Experience building data pipelines or ETL workflows
Experience extracting structured data from scanned PDFs
Familiarity with OCR tools and document-processing libraries
Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or predictive models
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, or similar databases
Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployment
Strong GitHub portfolio containing relevant personal, university, freelance, or professional projects
Ideal Candidate
You are an ambitious junior engineer with strong fundamentals and evidence that you can build real applications.
You may be early in your career, but you can explain the projects you have personally developed, the technical decisions you made, and the problems you solved.
You are comfortable working across frontend, backend, AI, and data tasks. You learn quickly, communicate professionally, take feedback well, and do not need constant supervision to complete clearly assigned work.
Employment Details
