CAST Tours is seeking a motivated college or university student intern interested in website technology, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and quality assurance to help review, test, maintain, and improve our growing online presence.

CAST Tours is also developing and producing celebrity-hosted travel, Christian and faith-based trips and retreats, culinary experiences, sports and entertainment travel, international student performance programs, and other specialty travel experiences.
Responsibilities
The intern's primary responsibility will be to continually review and test our websites from the customer's perspective and identify anything that could negatively affect the customer experience or our ability to generate sales.
Responsibilities will include checking for broken links, missing or inaccurate information, outdated material, slow-loading pages, navigation problems, formatting issues, mobile compatibility, malfunctioning forms, payment or inquiry-flow problems, and other website flaws.
The intern will also:
Monitor the websites for speed, accuracy and reliability.
Check that trip information, artist information, pricing, dates and promotional material are displayed correctly.
Test the websites on computers, tablets and mobile devices.
Recommend improvements to make the customer experience faster, simpler and easier to navigate.
Research and recommend AI chatbots and other artificial-intelligence tools that can improve customer service and website functionality.
Explore automated systems for detecting website errors before customers encounter them.
Recommend new technologies that could improve website speed, accuracy, sales conversion and efficiency.
Review competitors and other leading travel and entertainment websites for ideas that could improve CAST Tours.
Work with our marketing and operations teams to ensure website content accurately reflects current trips and promotions.
Who We're Looking For
This internship would be ideal for a college or university student studying computer science, artificial intelligence, web development, information technology, UX/UI, digital marketing, e-commerce, business technology, or a related field.
We're particularly interested in students who enjoy finding problems and then figuring out how technology and AI can solve them.
No extensive professional experience is required. We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently, and excited about gaining hands-on experience with active international travel and entertainment businesses.
What You'll Gain
This is an unpaid educational internship designed to provide practical, real-world experience.
Rather than working on hypothetical classroom assignments, the intern will have the opportunity to work with active websites promoting international travel experiences involving major recording artists, celebrities, retreats, concerts, sports, and entertainment.
The intern will gain practical experience in website quality assurance, AI implementation, digital operations, e-commerce, customer experience, analytics, and international entertainment and travel marketing.
