We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Consumer Banking Applications to drive requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across banking technology initiatives.
📍 Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and translated into technical specifications.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
Support UAT, issue resolution, and project implementation activities.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Mandatory experience in Consumer Banking Applications .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred
Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking projects.
Exposure to digital channels, lending, payments, deposits, or retail banking products.
