Role Description The Research Assistant role at CYCLERA is a part-time position based in the Greater Jaipur Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and work-from-home activities. In this role, the Research Assistant will support research projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, assisting with experimental design, and maintaining accurate documentation of methods and results. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting literature reviews, supporting laboratory activities where applicable, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with senior researchers to ensure project milestones are met. The Research Assistant will also help in coordinating project logistics, adhering to ethical and safety standards, and communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret findings and support evidence-based conclusions.
Candidates should possess solid Research and Laboratory Skills to assist with study design, data collection, and experimental procedures.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present results, collaborate with team members, and document work clearly.
