Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. The Spa Therapist will perform a range of spa and wellness treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other body and skin care services in line with the salon’s standards and protocols. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a relaxing, hygienic, and safe environment. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, promoting salon services and products, and working closely with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. The Spa Therapist is expected to uphold the brand’s values of creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in cosmetology and spa treatments, with the ability to perform a variety of professional services.
Proficiency in facials and skin care techniques, including assessing skin types and recommending suitable treatments.
Skilled in pedicures and basic nail care, with attention to hygiene, comfort, and client safety.
Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build positive client relationships.
Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or beauty therapy from a recognized institution.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a creative salon team.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Previous experience in a salon, spa, or wellness center is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques is essential.
