We’re Hiring | US Accounting Associate
Are you from a Commerce/Accounting background and looking to build a career in US Accounting?
We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and are willing to learn and work with US accounting practices and software.
This is a great opportunity for:
* B.Com / Commerce graduates and final-year students
* Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals
* Candidates with experience in Indian accounting

* Candidates who are eager to learn US accounting software and processes
What You’ll Do
* Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
* Work on US-based client accounts
* Learn and work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and other US accounting tools
* Handle bank and credit-card reconciliations
* Record and categorize financial transactions
* Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
* Learn US accounting practices, processes, and reporting standards
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
* B.Com, BBA (Finance/Accounting), or Commerce background preferred
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
* Freshers are welcome
* Prior Indian accounting experience is an added advantage
* Prior experience with QuickBooks/Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
