We're looking for a Google Ads Strategist to join our remote team. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end Google Ads management for our key clients, from planning to performance optimization. You'll drive measurable results through smart targeting, budget control, and continuous campaign refinement.
Your Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Google Ads strategies tailored to each client's goals and growth stage.
Run high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Oversee budget pacing and allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Set up and manage conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance and lead attribution.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword refinement, and ad copy experimentation.
Own performance reporting by analyzing data and translating insights into clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports.
You'll Succeed in This Role If You Have:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Experience running lead generation campaigns.
Strong command of Google Ads tools, including keyword research, conversion tracking, and bid strategies.
Excellent communication skills, especially when presenting performance insights or collaborating with internal teams.
