SAP ABAP - Technology Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HANA Data Modeling ABAP OOPS and ABAP Development for SAP HANA. A background in Finance and Accounting is advantageous. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements allowing for a balanced work-life integration.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust HANA data models to optimize system performance and data retrieval efficiency.
Develop and maintain ABAP OOPS solutions to enhance the functionality of SAP applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA solutions with existing systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HANA projects.
Oversee the development and deployment of SAP HANA applications to ensure they meet business needs and performance criteria.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health and efficiency.
Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues related to SAP HANA and ABAP applications.
Develop and deliver training sessions to upskill team members on SAP HANA and ABAP technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP HANA and ABAP development activities.
Monitor emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of SAP innovations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in HANA Data Modeling and ABAP OOPS demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture.
Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP Development for SAP HANA with a track record of successful project implementations.
Experience in Finance and Accounting domains is highly desirable providing valuable insights into business processes.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
