Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive – Web & Digital Business role based in Navi Mumbai, offered in a hybrid model that allows a mix of on-site and field work arrangements. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting Internet Entry’s web design, development, SEO, SMM, SEM, and content marketing services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, making outreach calls and emails, conducting client meetings and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with business objectives. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with the delivery and marketing teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely project handover, and strong client relationships. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals for web and digital services.
Knowledge of web design and development offerings and the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, client-friendly language.
Understanding of digital marketing domains such as SEO, SMM, SEM, and content marketing and how they contribute to client business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms to manage prospects and client interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital business development.
Prior experience in selling web development or digital marketing services is highly beneficial; familiarity with the Navi Mumbai market is an advantage.
