About the Founder
Santosh Talaghatti, Founder & CEO, is a technology entrepreneur and quantum-science professional with 15+ years of experience across emerging technologies, research, innovation and venture development.
He is building QWV as a multidisciplinary platform to create commercially relevant technologies, new ventures, strategic partnerships and future-ready talent.
The Opportunity
QWV is looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder with Investment who wants to actively participate in building the company and its ventures.
This is not a conventional employment or passive-investment role. The selected Co-Founder will contribute both capital and active leadership across business development, venture building, partnerships, fundraising and strategic growth.
Current Investment Opportunity
Indicative pre-investment valuation: ₹20 Crore
Current investment sought: Less than ₹1 Crore
Investment and equity terms will be mutually agreed based on the individual’s contribution, role, experience and responsibilities and documented through appropriate legal agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop new QWV ventures and business opportunities.
Lead business development, strategic sales and partnerships.
Identify customers, investors, institutions and technology partners.
Support fundraising and investor relationships.
Develop market-entry, GTM and commercial strategies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and market opportunities.
Strengthen QWV’s brand, positioning and industry presence.
Build strategic relationships across India and international markets.
Work closely with Santosh Talaghatti and multidisciplinary teams on execution and growth.
Contribute to organisational development, hiring and long-term strategy.
