Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time or part-time fully remote role. In this position, the Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers, demonstrate Meridian’s solutions, and clearly communicate product value in the context of regulated enterprise workflows. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure timely deal closure. The Sales Specialist will also support training and onboarding for new customers, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service and client relationship management skills to deliver responsive, professional support.
Proven Sales experience, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Training and onboarding abilities to guide customers through product adoption and best practices.
Sales Management skills such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS products or enterprise collaboration tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory customer engagement practices.
