Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role at Aspire Hire is a WFH, Hybride position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles and industries. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, posting job ads, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. The specialist will conduct interviews, support hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding activities, including coordinating training for new hires. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, using applicant tracking systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Candidates should possess Interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate qualifications and role fit effectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates.
Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR processes is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience of minimum 8 to 10 Years in recruitment or staffing, ideally within a placement firm or agency environment, is an advantage.
