ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing professional (2+ years experience) who can create content, edit videos, design creatives, and manage social media growth end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role — not strategy-only.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails
Write captions, hooks, and marketing copy
Plan and execute weekly content calendar (minimum 4–5 posts/week)
Run and optimize paid ads (Meta / LinkedIn)
Track performance and improve engagement, reach, and leads
Stay updated with trends and implement viral content ideas
Strong video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Basic paid ads experience (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads)
Content writing & storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
MUST HAVE:
Minimum 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Content Creation
Portfolio with videos + creatives (mandatory)
Experience handling brand or business accounts
Strong understanding of engagement & growth tactics
Content output consistency
Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
Follower growth
Leads generated from campaigns
Video views & reach
