About The Role
As an IBM Consulting FutureNow Center Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working directly alongside seasoned professionals to address real-world business and technology challenges faced by our clients. Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in software development, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Prior internship or project experience in software development is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and define technical solutions.
Design, develop, and test scalable and reusable software components aligned with project specifications.
Create technical documentation, including specifications, design decisions, and user guides, to facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software quality assurance to ensure high standards of code integrity.
Contribute to the development of cloud-native and full-stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
