Role Description The Outreach Specialist at Dard AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinics, community organizations, and patient groups to increase awareness and adoption of Dard AI’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach campaigns, scheduling and leading informational sessions, responding to inquiries, and supporting clinics and patients as they begin using the platform. The Outreach Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from users, contribute to educational materials, and assist with research on outreach effectiveness and community needs. The role also involves writing clear, user-focused communications and ensuring a positive, consistent experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clinics, patients, and community partners.
Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Research skills to plan initiatives, understand community needs, and measure outreach impact.
Candidates should possess Writing skills to craft clear emails, outreach materials, and documentation for diverse audiences.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and represent the organization professionally.
Candidates should ideally have experience in healthcare, public health, or technology outreach, and familiarity with patient-centered care or health information systems.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort presenting information in person and in small group settings.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Public Health, Social Sciences, or similar) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
