Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote modular furniture and interior solutions across B2C and B2B segments. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing activities, coordinating with sales and design teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role involves managing brand positioning, supervising content and promotional materials, organizing events or showroom activities, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing plans with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to plan and implement marketing strategies, including campaign development and brand management.
Experience with digital marketing channels, such as social media, online advertising, and website promotion.
Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Proficiency in creating and reviewing marketing content, collateral, and promotional materials.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven capability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on marketing ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, or related manufacturing industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
